Our secret? The freshest and best ingredients and the unrelenting love for salsas. We strive to choose the best meats, cheeses, and spices to give people the best Mexican Food from any Mexican restaurant, we just happen to have wheels!

Empezamos con humildad pero con un gran plan , y con nada más que un camión de comida y este sueño , queríamos nada menos que lo mejor y que estamos a la pendiente de los mejores ingredientes . ¿Nuestro secreto? Los ingredientes más frescos y mejores y el amor implacable para salsas . Nos esforzamos para elegir las mejores carnes, quesos, y especias para dar a la gente la mejor comida mexicana de cualquier restaurante mexicano , sólo sucede que tenemos ruedas!
